Job Summary

As a Engagement Manager / Project Manager specializing in ServiceNow ITAM ITOM and ITSM with NEA HCMS you will oversee the successful execution of projects that enhance our IT service management capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of ServiceNow solutions. Your expertise will drive efficiency and innovation contributing to the companys strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning execution and delivery of ServiceNow projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

  • Oversee the integration of ServiceNow ITAM ITOM and ITSM modules to optimize IT service management processes.

  • Provide guidance to project teams ensuring adherence to best practices and methodologies for successful project outcomes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables that support business objectives.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions.

  • Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely delivery.

  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and change logs.

  • Utilize ServiceNow expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Drive innovation by leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to enhance IT service delivery and management.

  • Evaluate project outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement and future project planning.

  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and skill development among team members.

Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in managing ServiceNow projects especially in PSDS and CSM.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and deliver effective solutions.

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.

  • Have a proven track record of successful project delivery within specified timelines and budgets.

  • Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to drive project success.

  • Display a keen understanding of IT service management principles and practices.
