About the role
As a Business Analyst, you will shape regulatory transformation projects in Singapore’s dynamic financial services sector and support functional validation and deployment of solutions

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 to 4 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. What you must have to be considered
2+ years of experience in banking and financial services, with exposure to compliance and regulatory projects
Prior involvement in AML, KYC, or other regulatory initiatives is highly preferred
These will help you succeed
Ability to break down complex regulatory requirements (e.g., AML/KYC) into actionable business and IT solutions, while anticipating risks and proposing practical alternatives.
Comfort working in fast-changing compliance landscapes, with agility to adjust to evolving MAS guidelines, global AML standards, and client-specific risk frameworks.
