What You Will Do

  • Develop andmaintainstrong customer relationships at all levels.

  • Review details ofgrowthopportunities in your given territories.

  • Develop and execute campaign strategies that align with strategicbusinessgoals working closely with internal stake holders.

  • Respond to customersupport requestsin a timely manner.

  • Provides day-to-day direction for support teams (analysis, contracts, and legal) to meet goals,objectivesand on-time responses.

  • Lead the negotiation of long-term agreements working in partnership with support teams.

  • Assistin theon-boardingof new customers and managing the entry into service of new fleets to ensure thetimelyordering and delivery of provisioning.

  • Monitor executedlong termagreement performance to ensure thatfinancial performancegoals are met.

  • Receiveand resolve customerfeedbackregardingservices, products, or personnel.

  • Assistin the preparation ofsales and inventory reports for management and budget departments.

  • Developrecommendations to improve procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.

  • Manage overall relationshipswithmultiple airlineson behalf ofthebusinessunit, leading all aspects of contract management.

  • Participate in trade shows, internal and external conferences, and training asrequired.

  • Travelof25-50%can be expected withcommunicationrequirementsacross multiple time zones.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree andminimum of10 years prior relevant experienceoran Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years ofrelevantexperience

  • Minimum5 yearsofbusiness development/program management experience in the airline/aviationindustry

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience using SAP and Business Objects

  • Prior experience reviewing and negotiating contracts

  • Demonstrated financial acumen skills and understanding ofNPV, EBIT, cash flow, etc.and the ability to perform in Excel

  • Demonstratedpresentation skills in a variety of formal presentation settings with internal leadership or external customers.

  • Prior experiencecultivatingrelationships with customers and proactive in executing relationship marketing with all levels within a customerorganization.
