Citigroup Senior C# Developer - Assistant Vice President in Singapore, Singapore
The FX Options Pricing and Market Data distribution team is going through significant reengineering and modernization. We are looking for an AVP C# developer and technologist to take a hands-on role and contribute to the design and delivery of the system.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the design and development of the electronic FX Options Trading Platform specializing in:
RFQ (Request for Quote) client or sales to trader workflow
Streaming prices
Volatility Surface and other market data management
Structured Product Pricing workbench
Live and End of Day market data distribution
Collaborate with a global team of developers, quants and traders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Drive the design and development of system architecture, work with users of the system, and enhance the quality of deliverables
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development, deployment and testing processes
Share your knowledge and mentor other developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment
Required Skills:
Knowledge and experience of C#, WPF in an event-driven architecture
Proficient in multithreading, concurrency, and performance tuning
Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
OpenShift/Kubernetes experience
Caching technologies e.g. Gemfire, Redis or others
Middleware technologies: Solace, Kafka, Tibco or other
Awareness of industry trends and leveraging new technologies as appropriate
Proven track record of building new systems, replacing legacy systems and renovating existing systems
Nice to have:
Experience in subscribing and consuming Exchange Data
Experience working in finance is a plus, but not required
