We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer , Reference Data Services Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Reference Data Services Analyst 2 - C10 ) based in Changi, Singapore. As a Business Reporting Analyst at Client Reporting Unit, the person will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations through the

meticulous preparation of various reports and by ensuring system data integrity. This position involves direct interaction with clients and

bankers, providing essential support and contributing to key projects.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Day to day oversight and contribution to creation and maintenance of customer accounts, security and pricing data within multiple systems across multiple teams.

  • Identify opportunities for improvements to quality of data and client service levels

  • Acts as backup for manager

  • Provides direction and guidance to team, evaluating performance, making recommendations and identifying training requirements.

  • Responsible for the successful management and delivery of project initiatives and for the supervision of junior staff to ensure delivery of their tasks which contribute to the projects.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • Support daily operations, including the preparation of manual reports for various frequencies such as daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly.

  • Review and analyze requirements for manual reports submitted by clients through bankers.

  • Provide timely and effective support in response to inquiries from bankers and counselors.

  • Perform daily and monthly system maintenance to ensure that CSR / DRC reports accurately reflect correct values.

  • Contribute to project work as required.

  • Provide Support for Dept Ops functions.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in client/counterparty/account data management within a global financial services organization

  • Good awareness of client needs/expectations

  • Financial services related qualifications (e.g. IAQ or similar)Proven experience in operations support, data analysis, or reporting.

  • Strong knowledge of financial products.

  • Strong analytical skills with an excellent attention to detail, including the ability to review and analyze complex data effectively.

  • Proficiency in preparing detailed reports across various frequencies.

  • Experience with system maintenance processes to ensure data accuracy.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Macro, and VBA.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively handle inquiries from bankers and clients.

  • Ability to work effectively on project-based assignments.

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
