Overview
This isn’t a coffee-running internship.
You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration, working alongside project managers, marketers, designers, and developers to keep projects moving forward.
You’ll learn how ideas become campaigns — and campaigns become results.
Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Support daily project operations across marketing campaigns and digital builds
Maintain project documentation and status updates
Follow up with teams to ensure deadlines are met
Operational Support
Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, and reporting dashboards
Monitor risks, dependencies, and project progress
Help improve workflows and internal processes
Support resource coordination across teams
Agency Exposure
Observe how digital campaigns are planned and executed
Work with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, tech, media, and analytics
Gain exposure to real client delivery environments

Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, or related fields
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fast learner who adapts quickly
Good attention to detail and loves organizing chaos into clarity
Comfortable working with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms (bonus)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Interest in digital marketing, tech, or startups
Process thinker — naturally looks for better ways of doing things
Strong observational skills and business awareness
Help teams stay aligned and focused
Bring energy, curiosity, and ownership to every task
