We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Premier Business Development Manager.
In this role you will:
Business Development Manager for our Premier Offshore market to achieve acquisition objectives
Responsible for but not limited to self-sourcing of new customers, managing and growing relationships for acquisition and referrals of new customers for offshore banking platform
Achieve agreed financial expectations on qualified client growth for HSBC Premier clients
Expand external network to maximize client growth opportunities
Ensure adherence to Anti-Money Laundering guidelines and proper conduct
Ensure full compliance to onboarding guidelines and regulatory requirements including KYC, account opening and tools; end to end processes until warm hand over to RM
Support customers with needs-based banking solutions to meet customers' short- and long-term financial banking needs, getting customers to be digital ready
Drive clients’ wealth and digital readiness with tight engagements to encourage early funding and Internet/Mobile Banking registration
To be successful yoiu will need:
Bachelor’s Degree holder with relevant experience or equivalent experience in a retail banking environment
Driven with proven track record in sales related industry. Experience in financial related industry will be an added advantage
Experience in engaging high net worth and/or international clients
Strong sales orientation, networking and prospecting skills
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and under minimal supervision
