Overview

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Performance Media Manager/Senior Manager to lead end-to-end performance campaigns across a prominent regional account, covering execution, optimization, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing performance marketing campaigns, is highly data-driven, and possesses a solid understanding of APAC markets. This role requires a balance of hands-on platform expertise, cross-channel media knowledge, client management, and strategic thinking to drive measurable business outcomes. If you are comfortable working with detailed metrics while maintaining a strong view of overall media strategy, this role would be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and aligning on business objectives.

  • Translate client goals into full-funnel performance marketing strategies across acquisition, engagement, and retention.

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of performance media campaigns across key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok), including setup, QA, optimization and scaling.

  • Support the development of full-funnel media plans across Social, Display, and Search channels, to maximize ROI and performance outcomes for app marketing initiatives, including user acquisition, re-engagement, and funnel optimization.

  • Utilize a data-centric approach to evaluate performance trends, identify insights, and implement strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).

  • Oversee tracking, attribution, and measurement across platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

  • Mentor junior team members and drive best practices across execution, strategy, and reporting.

  • Identify growth opportunities, new channels, and innovative approaches to improve performance by partnering with Creative, Analytics, Tech and Partner team.

  • Apply a deep understanding of regional strategies, with experience particularly relevant to SEA markets.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing in an agency environment, and demonstrated ability to handle accounts independently.

  • Strong hands-on expertise across Paid Search (Google Ads), Programmatic (DV360), Social (Meta and TikTok) (mandatory); Apple Search Ads and LinkedIn will be a plus.

  • Working knowledge of attribution, conversion tracking, and mobile measurement (e.g. AppsFlyer).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action

  • Experience in mobile app/performance marketing, including key metrics such as CPI, CAC, and CPA.

  • Excellent skills in stakeholder management and team leadership.

  • Ability to balance hands on execution with strategic thinking and planning

  • Proactive, solutions oriented mindset with strong leadership and team management capabilities
