Together we do what matters.Key ResponsibilitiesLearn to design and develop Power Platform solutions, including Copilot and AI-enabled features, under the guidance of experienced engineersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of high-quality, well-documented solutionsGain hands-on experience across the Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, and AI BuilderAssist in translating business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologiesSupport the development of automated workflows and AI-assisted processes to improve efficiency and user experiencePerform unit testing, validation, and basic troubleshooting of developed componentsLearn and apply Avanade best practices for Power Platform, Copilot adoption, and responsible AI useContribute to task backlogs, solution documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
