Your role and responsibilities

As an Application Consultant for AWS Cloud, you will lead the implementation of architecture for omnichannel systems of engagement and utilize your strong understanding of software architecture fundamentals to drive project success. You will collaborate with clients to deliver successful projects, leveraging your proficiency in cloud implementation methodologies like the garage method. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implement Cloud Architecture: Lead the implementation of architecture for omnichannel systems of engagement, utilizing your knowledge of software architecture fundamentals and cloud native development principles to ensure successful project delivery.

• Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, leveraging your strong communication and leadership skills to ensure effective collaboration and project success.

• Map Components to AWS Services: Utilize your experience with AWS to map existing components and functionalities to AWS-specific services, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance.

• Develop Cloud Solutions: Apply your proficiency in technologies like Node.js, Spring Boot, or Netflix OSS to develop cloud solutions that meet client needs and adhere to cloud native development principles.

• Provide Technical Guidance: Offer technical guidance and support to clients, leveraging your knowledge of cloud computing fundamentals, containers, and serverless computing to help them make informed decisions about their cloud architecture.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Software Architecture Fundamentals: Exposure to software architecture fundamentals, including design patterns and principles, to lead the implementation of architecture for omnichannel systems of engagement.

• Cloud Implementation Methodologies: Proficiency in using the garage method for cloud implementation, with experience working with cloud native development principles, containers, and serverless computing fundamentals.

• API and Microservices Architecture: Experience working with API and Microservices-based architecture implementation, with proficiency in at least one of the following technologies: Node.js, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, or Netflix OSS.

• AWS Services Mapping: Experience with AWS, including the ability to map existing components/functionalities to AWS-specific services, with a solid understanding of the advantages and disadvantages of related AWS Services.

• Cloud Development Technologies: Exposure to scripting technologies like JavaScript, CSS, and familiarity with Angular.js, with the ability to apply this knowledge to develop cloud solutions.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Familiarity with Scripting Technologies: Exposure to scripting technologies like JavaScript and CSS is beneficial for developing cloud solutions. Knowledge of these technologies can be applied to create tailored solutions for clients. • Knowledge of Angular.js: Familiarity with Angular.js is advantageous for developing cloud solutions, allowing for more versatile and effective solutions to be delivered to clients.
