Job Responsibilities
Process customer orders and shipment routings
Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to shipment tracking, routings, quotations, and booking confirmations
Handle import and export shipment documentation for Singapore and broader APAC operations
Perform order processing and shipment management using MNX Transportation Management System (TMS) and CargoWise (C1)
Coordinate shipments and manage day‑to‑day operational requirements to ensure smooth execution
Process end‑to‑end Singapore airfreight import and export documentation (full cycle)
Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and document filing
Participate in company projects and carry out additional tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
Possess a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or related fields
At least 1 year of freight forwarding experience preferred, though in-depth training will be provided to entry‑level candidates.
Prior experience in critical logistics, cold chain operations, biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, or clinical trials logistics is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Prior experience with CargoWise or ParcelLogic TMS is an advantage
Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Willing to work on rotating shift (whereby off/rest day may not necessarily be on weekends).
Comfortable to support overtime where required
