What You Will Do

  • Reports to the customer support manager to reinforce the Pratt & Whitney brand through proactive customer care initiatives and develop a world class level of customer service.

  • Adhere to policies, processes and customer strategies to optimize team performance, achieving high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Support the desired engine shop visit metrics and collaborate with various functions in aligning goals to achieve desired outcome for the customers.

  • Establish and foster strong relationships with key customers and arrange/host Pratt & Whitney senior executives visits to key customers.

  • Collaborate with internal sales team and stakeholders to strategize and optimize our market share.

  • Execute plans to achieve company set C.O.R.E standards.

  • Drive a high employee engagement culture of respect, empowerment, communication and teamwork.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree with preferred relevant experience in the aerospace industry, specifically in customer relationship management

  • Effective communications and organizational skills to achieve results in a cross-functional and international business environment, with a proven track record in terms of delivering to plan.

  • Strong customer focus and creativity in developing customer solutions.

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking combined with outstanding tactical execution skills.

  • Team-player with high standards of performance and personal integrity.

  • Possess excellent networking skills.

  • Proficient in the use of a variety of computer databases and Microsoft Office applications (SAP experience is a plus).

  • Able to travel at short notice.
