Overview

Role Overview:

The Content Intern will support the Content Team on day‑to‑day operations, helping to keep campaigns, content production, and administrative workflows running smoothly. This role is well‑suited for someone who is organised, detail‑oriented, and interested in how content is planned, produced, and managed in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

Content Operations & Coordination

  • Support the team in managing day‑to‑day content workflows and timelines

  • Assist with content tracking, status updates, and internal documentation

  • Help coordinate content deliverables across publishers/Influencers (e.g. social post, article, podcast)

Campaign & Project Support

  • Assist in preparing briefs, decks, and internal materials

  • Support content roll‑outs by ensuring assets are properly named, organised, and archived

  • Help with basic quality checks on content assets before submission or posting

Stakeholder & Team Support

  • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. media, strategy, account teams) for information and updates

  • Support meeting preparation, notes, and follow‑ups where required

  • Assist with managing feedback and revisions across stakeholders

Administrative & Ad‑hoc Support

  • Maintain trackers (content calendars, status sheets, asset logs)

  • Support simple reporting or collation of campaign information

  • Provide general admin support to the Content Team as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong project management and follow-through.

  • Ability to multi-task and complete projects accurately and on time.

  • Some knowledge on social media platforms / analytics.

  • Comfortable dealing with numbers and data with an analytical mindset.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Able to work independently as well as a team player.

  • Adaptable and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Additional information

  • Someone who can commence ASAP for at least 6 months (full-time)
