Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Programs Manager: Shared Services, you will provide functional program development on the services provided by the organization, ensuring business objectives are met through strategic planning, guidance, and support. You will leverage your expertise to influence and advise management and other professionals on key decisions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop Strategic Plans: Drive the development of comprehensive plans to achieve business objectives, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation.

• Influence Key Decisions: Shape strategic and tactical decisions by advising management and other professionals on best practices and solutions.

• Provide Program Oversight: Establish and manage programs to deliver high-quality services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.

• Drive Business Outcomes: Define and implement initiatives to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance overall performance.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Strategic Planning Expertise: Deep expertise in developing comprehensive plans to achieve business objectives, with a proven track record of successful implementation.

• Tactical Decision-Making: Experience with shaping strategic and tactical decisions, advising management and other professionals on best practices and solutions.

• Program Development and Management: Deep expertise in establishing and managing programs to deliver high-quality services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Experience with fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions.

• Business Growth Initiatives: Deep expertise in defining and implementing initiatives to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance overall performance.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Advanced Strategic Planning: Deep expertise in developing comprehensive plans to achieve business objectives, with a proven track record of successful implementation in a shared services environment.

• Executive-Level Advisory: Experience with shaping strategic and tactical decisions, advising senior management and other professionals on best practices and solutions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Deep expertise in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions across multiple functions.
