What the day will look like
Provide analytical support for active and potential business.
Research, data clean-up (includes re/insurance, meteorological/climatic, and agricultural data)
Maintain and optimise databases
Create and optimise analytical tools
Assist in crop model usage/maintenance
Produce market reports and presentations
Conduct presentations and seminars/workshops
Liaise with re/insurers on analytical-related matters
Liaise and work with Aon offices in other countries
Skills and experience that will lead to success
Minimum skills required: Strong familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook
Additional relevant skills (desired but not mandatory): MS Access, ReMetrica, R, Python, Tableau, or other similar data management/visualisation skills.
Experience in handling datasets (including data clean-up) is preferred.
Experience in optimising/refining data visualisation is a plus.
Job requires frequent interaction with colleagues and clients, fluency in English communication (both written and spoken) is a requirement. Ability to converse fluently in other languages is desirable, especially Mandarin, Hindi, Korean, and Thai.
Experience in client presentations/interactions is a plus.
