Analyst cum Product Manager, Risk Capital Analytics, APAC
Join Aon’s Risk Capital Analytics team and play a pivotal role in redefining how we deliver value to clients across Risk Capital Broking and Consulting. In this APAC-based role (with hybrid workstyle options) predominantly focused on Southeast Asia countries, you’ll help embed advanced analytics into our client engagements, empowering brokers and consultants to deliver sharper, data-driven insights.

What the day will look like
Contribute to client and internal projects by supporting the adoption of Aon’s analyser tools that are helping to turn data into clear, actionable insights
Work with the analytics tools under guidance, building confidence in using quantitative methods to answer business and risk-related questions
Work closely with Commercial Risk broking teams, APAC Account Executives, and our Risk Analytics Product teams to understand our tools and how they can be applied to client needs, strengthening your ability to collaborate and operate in cross‑functional environments
Help shape client‑facing materials and internal communications, explaining analytical concepts and articulating value to different audiences
Support internal training and marketing activities, showcasing Aon’s analytics capabilities in the market
Continuously develop your knowledge of insurance with a focus on Cyber, Casualty, D&O and Trade Credit, risk, and capital topics through day‑to‑day work, coaching, and formal learning, with a view to progressing into more senior analytical or client‑facing roles over time as you grow and demonstrate high potential

A strong technical background, ideally with a bachelor’s degree in business, science, actuarial studies, or a related field such as catastrophe analytics
More than 5 years of experience in a relevant area insurance, risk management, analytics, consulting, or financial services
A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment
Interest in risk, insurance, and how organisations identify, quantify, and manage risk (prior exposure is a plus but not essential)
Comfort working with data and numbers, with the ability to interpret results and draw logical conclusions
Good verbal and written communication skills, with an interest in developing presentation and storytelling skills
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships with colleagues across different teams and time zones
A growth mindset: curiosity, willingness to learn new tools and concepts, and openness to feedback
