Overview
As a Senior 3D Designer in our agency, your task is to help conceptualize and execute creative environmental designs like pop up stores, in-store take overs, shelves, counters and the like, both for domestic and travel retail spaces with a prestige brand flair. Attention to detail and a well thought out consumer journey are vital to creating these key spaces for the brand we work with.
You will play an important supporting role in the creative process and see through your work from ideation to visualisation and execution including know how in TD creations and build and material selection.
You will work closely with the creative team under the leadership of the creative/design directors to help solve and bring to life designs for spaces and from time to time some packaging work.
Most Importantly, we seek someone who is willing to uphold a team culture that looks to create a committed, open-minded and engagingly fun atmosphere of work. This role will span across a number of our luxury, beauty and lifestyle clients. Experience in these categories and /or a level of craft that befits the luxury category is a must.
Responsibilities
Support the Creative/Design Director in developing innovative and outstanding a globally acclaimed prestige brands
Develop and execute 3D design projects from idea generation through implementationfor Pop up spaces, Store concept (layout plans), merchandising fixtures (temporary and promotional), promotional packaging designs, gifting with purchases.
Can generate consumer journeys for different types of spaces and its needs.
Utilize input from directors and possess the ability to continue further conceptexploration and design refinement
Participate in meetings and critiques and revise designs according to feedback
Manage time efficiently and work in an organized fashion
Is agile and can adapt to moving from project to project midway through its creation when needed
Is a problem solver and a team player
Knows fixture technical detailing, material recommendations and build solutions.
Qualifications
Degree in industrial design, product design / interior architecture or similar qualifications
Over 7 years of experience agency-side including interior design/visual merchandising/POP
Mastery in 3D conception, perspective, construction drawing, detailing, technical drawings, rendering & sketching
Good knowledge of materials and technical requirements.
Knowledge in 2d work adaptations for rollout executions.
World-class portfolio including credentials for prestige brands and beauty brands
Proficiency in design software 3DMax + Vray as main 3D software is a must. Autocad.
Rhino + Keyshot, Blender, Cinema 4D (is a plus)
Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.).
Well skilled in all Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Be comfortable discussing and presenting design work
Good familiarity with Asia markets
Able to complete challenging projects with tight timelines
A self-motivated and accountable
Positive mindset and hardworking
Fluent in English
Knowledge in AI image generation integration with workflow is preferred
Interest in current trends that evolve our culture
