What you’ll do:
We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer to strengthen our Service organization within EMEA. In this role, you will combine electrical engineering expertise with commercial insight to support service sales activities across our Medium & Low Voltage Service Product Portfolio,
You will act as a key interface between customers, Service Sales Organizations, and internal stakeholders, ensuring technically sound and commercially competitive service offers. You will be part of Tendering & Ordermanagement Team PD Services.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review, and manage service quotations and orders for Medium & Low Voltage products and service activities
• Analyze customer requests and translate them into technically accurate and commercially optimized proposals
• Act as a trusted technical-commercial partner for direct customers and Eaton Service Sales Organizations across EMEA
• Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding quotations, orders, planning, invoicing, and delivery
• Support margin management and ensure compliance with pricing and commercial policies
• Coordinate internally with sales, engineering, production, and field service teams
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in collaboration with relevant internal departments
• Occasionally visit customers to support sales activities and strengthen relationships
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification, or equivalent relevant experience
Skills:
• Solid knowledge of Medium & Low Voltage systems and electrical service solutions
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance technical feasibility and business value
• Experience in sales support, service sales, or a similar technical-commercial role
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proactive, structured, and customer focused working style
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus
