Description
Join our team as a Bilingual Receptionist and play a key role in ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors and clients. We are looking for a professional and personable individual who is fluent in English and Spanish to support our front office operations.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors, donors, and participants professionally.
• Manage front‑desk phones and provide bilingual support.
• Maintain visitor logs and coordinate mail distribution.
• Prepare correspondence and assist with translations.
• Support leadership with meetings and scheduling.
Requirements
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Front desk or receptionist experience.
• Strong interpersonal and cultural awareness skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Nonprofit experience a plus.
