For more than a century, we have welcomed individuals, families, and organizations to connect, learn, and grow through mission-driven programs that strengthen spirit, mind, and body for all.Position OverviewSilver Bay YMCA is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Office Administrator & Front Office Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact for guests, staff, and community members. This role is essential to ensuring smooth front office operations, accurate administrative support, and a welcoming first impression for all who interact with our organization.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with frequent in-person and phone interactions.
