Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be an essential part of the production support team, contributing to a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. What's the Job?
Perform daily cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking of restrooms and common areas to maintain hygiene standards.
Maintain the shop floor by sweeping, removing debris such as paper, small wood scraps, and plastics daily.
Empty trash cans in offices, breakrooms, and restrooms on a daily basis to ensure cleanliness.
Conduct deep cleaning tasks weekly, including cleaning countertops, walkway rails, windows, dusting, sweeping, and mopping all areas.
Manage inventory by communicating supply needs to ensure sufficient cleaning materials are always available.
What's Needed?
Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning and debris removal efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
Willingness to adhere to company rules and procedures.
Basic organizational skills for inventory management and reporting hazards.
