Key Details:
- Runs : Dedicated team OTR routes from NC to CA/AZ (and back).
- Home Time : Gone4-5 days, home2-3 daysweekly for predictable work-life balance.
- Miles and Earnings : Consistent weekly miles with an attractive pay and bonus program. Experienced team drivers commonly earn$70,000-$75,000+ annually(based on experience and performance), with bonuses available from day one.
- Equipment : Drive our reliable, relativelynewer fleetof late-model automatic Kenworth T680 tractors - equipped with modern comforts for safer, more comfortable long-haul driving.

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record (or ability to meet company standards)
- At least 9-12 months of recent OTR/team driving experience preferred. We offer a training program for newer CDL holders or recent graduates from certified schools.
- Team-oriented mindset - must work well with a partner
- Willingness to run dedicated long-haul routes
- Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and background check
