General Motors Safety Supervisor in Silao, Mexico
Job Description
Lidera un equipo de profesionales de seguridad para brindar apoyo a una planta o región en la implementación de procesos de seguridad
Coordinar la ejecución del plan de implementación estándar del Sistema de Administración de Seguridad en las operaciones de General Motors de México, mantener y sustentar el proceso de acuerdo con los requerimientos legales y del Sistema Global de Manufactura de GM (GMS)
Requerimientos clave:
Industrial, Mecánica, Eléctrica Ambiental o experiencia relacionada
Experiencia en posiciones similares alrededor de 5 años
Ingles Conversacional
Actividades:
Comunicar al liderazgo el estatus y avance del proceso de implementación
Soporte a la organización en la administración e implementación del sistema de Seguridad
Participar en los comités de prevención de riesgo para guiar el proceso de implementación de los estándares normativos y corporativos
Evaluar la normatividad vigente y los cambios de acuerdo con la STPS y el Reglamento Federal de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para alinear los requerimientos en del Sistema de Seguridad
Participar en las sesiones de Seguridad Central para compartir prácticas y procesos con la finalidad de comunizar o estandarizar el sistema a nivel GMM
Motivar a la organización en la planeación y ejecución de actividades proactivas / preventivas para fortalecer los comportamientos de la organización y cumplir con los estándares de cultura en seguridad
Conocimientos:
Regulación Mexicana en Seguridad e Higiene Laboral, secretaria del Trabajo y Previsión Social, NOM, RFSS
Sistema de Administración de Seguridad
Sistema de Manufactura
Habilidades:
Confianza para obtener una Cultura en Seguridad sustentable a través del involucramiento de todos los niveles de la organización
Demostrar liderazgo en Seguridad e Higiene Industrial con habilidad eficaz para influenciar en las personas
Identificar tendencias y anticipar consecuencias para liderar el enfoque en la prevención y solución
Mostrar habilidades efectivas para identificar problemas y efectos de la causa raíz
Capacidad para colaborar dentro de una organización con función cruzada y aprovechar los recursos
Comunicación verbal y escrita, que sea clara y concisa
