Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Process Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Focus:
Develop, improve, and sustain manufacturing processes.
Support equipment installation, validation, and troubleshooting.
Lead process documentation including PFMEA, control plans, and process flow diagrams.
Ensure compliance with safety and ergonomic requirements.
Conduct time & motion studies, balance lines, and optimize manpower allocation.
Develop and maintain standardized work, work instructions, and labor models.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement productivity improvements.
Lead layout changes using lean principles.
Support capacity planning and resource modeling.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field or relevant experience.
2–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations (automotive preferred).
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
Experience with time studies, standardized work, and line balancing.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Intermediate English level, capable of holding a conversation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in General Assembly / automotive components.
Knowledge of MES systems and digital manufacturing tools.
Experience leading improvement projects.
Knowledge of ergonomics and safety design.
-Six Sigma and Green Belt certification.
-APS system knowledge.

This role is categorized as onsite. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location on a full-time basis.
The selected candidate will be required to travel on a regular basis (25-50%) for this role.
