ManpowerGroup Staff Accountant in Sikeston, Missouri
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our accounting team with daily financial tasks, reconciliations, and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn, grow, and develop a strong foundation in financial operations.
Job Title: Staff Accountant
Location: Sikeston, MO
Mondays to Friday, 8am to 5pm
A Day in the Life
You’ll start your day reviewing account details, entering financial data, and assisting with routine reconciliations. Throughout the day, you’ll support month-end close activities, collaborate with senior accounting staff, and help maintain accurate financial records that contribute to the company’s overall financial health.
What’s Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial work
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity
