As a Clinical Manager – SNU Adults & Pediatrics, you’ll lead a team of nurses, ensuring safe, high-quality care, supporting professional growth, and building strong relationships with clients, families, and staff.
This office provides best in class care throughout Monmouth County.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a team of SNU nurses and support staff.
Oversee clinical care for adult and pediatric clients, including assessments, care plans, and care coordination.
Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, documentation standards, and state/federal regulations.
Collaborate with families, physicians, and the office team to deliver safe, personalized care.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and skills validation for new clinical staff.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and problem-solving for complex care scenarios.

What You Bring
Required:
Current RN license in New Jersey (multi-state/compact license preferred).
2+ years of recent clinical RN experience in high-acuity care (SNU, ICU, PICU/NICU, LTACH, or similar).
Experience with adult OR pediatric populations; willingness to cross-train.
Leadership experience (preceptor, charge nurse, or supervisor).
Comfort with technology-dependent care (ventilators, tracheostomy, feeding tubes).
Schedule & Work Environment
Full-time role: exempt
Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours)
Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement
Participation in on-call rotation as needed
