Summary
As the Dishwasher, you are primarily responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking equipment while following safe food handling procedures and maintaining a clean, organized and sanitary workstation.
Provide server assistance by busing tables and bar dishware and deliver products as necessary to ensure uninterrupted guest service.
Provide kitchen assistance by retrieving and delivering ingredients/products necessary for food preparation.
