We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Client Service Coordinator to join our team in Shoreview, MN! This is a short-term assignment and offers a great opportunity to make an impact by supporting clients and ensuring a smooth administrative process in a welcoming environment. Location: Shoreview, MN Wage: $19.00 $23.00/hr. Hours: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM, Monday Friday Job type: Temporary Benefits of the client service coordinator: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) 11 paid holidays Steady 8-hour weekday schedule Weekly pay Job description of the client service coordinator: Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally Schedule and confirm client appointments Manage the intake process for new clients Assist with obtaining necessary client signatures for treatment Respond to appointment requests and inquiries Welcome clients with a positive, friendly attitude upon arrival Check in clients and process copayments and outstanding balances Make reminder calls for upcoming appointments and follow up on unpaid balances Participate in administrative team meetings to improve workflow and communication Scan and upload clinical documents into client records accurately Provide administrative support to staff and act as backup for other Client Service Coordinators as needed Monitor and manage office inventory supplies Address and respond to client concerns or complaints in a professional manner Requirements of the client service coordinator: High School Diploma Background or familiarity with mental health services Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus Need to pass a pre-employment background check Additional Information: Apply today!
