The opportunity
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join Teva’s finance team and support our growing global operations. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of customer accounts, work closely with Sales and Customer Service, and make a real impact on cash flow and customer experience - all in a collaborative and supportive environment where we care, work together, and make work meaningful.
How you’ll spend your day
Manage day-to-day customer accounts (Accounts Receivable)
Monitor and follow up on customer payments, including collection of overdue balances
Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices, credit notes, balances, and credit limits
Perform ongoing review and reconciliation of customer ledgers
Prepare collection reports, customer balance reports, and aging reports
Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Customer Service, and Management
Your experience and qualifications
Certified Bookkeeper (Type 1 & 2 required; Type 3 – an advantage)
At least 3 years of experience working with multiple interfaces; experience in a global environment is an advantage
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible, with the ability to manage processes efficiently
English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) – an advantage
Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication skills
Assertive with the ability to conduct effective collection conversations with customers
