The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional service to customers, vendors, and internal teams by phone, email, and in-person. This role is essential in ensuring timely responses, order accuracy, and smooth operations by maintaining a deep understanding of Bedrock Truck Beds products and services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a five-star customer experience in all interactions
- Accurately enter and manage data in the company system
- Follow up on orders to ensure delivery and customer satisfaction
- Address customer feedback and complaints in collaboration with Supervisor
- Gather customer insights to support continuous improvement
- File and organize order records
- Collaborate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams
- All other duties assigned by management

- Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, Outlook)

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- ERP software and Microsoft Office experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean three-year driving history
Work Environment
Primarily indoors in a climate-controlled office, with occasional movement between office, warehouse,
and manufacturing environments. Proper PPE such as safety glasses and closed-toe shoes may be required.
