Purpose:
Responsible for developing, prioritizing, and implementing brand strategy with a cross-functional team to capture critical customer insights, in order to establish a sophisticated brand strategy.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Ensure achievement of target sales, growth, and market share of products.
Design tactics based on strategy and work closely with strategy team.
Analyze performance and customer insights, quickly cycle through the PDCA cycle, and plan and execute optimal tactics.
Manage External Experts to create a good relationship and deliver the brand message properly.
Work on the creation and rollout of appropriate training programs to drive understanding and improve capabilities in the field force.
Collaborate across functions and departments to build systems for sustained brand success.

Successful track record in implementing customer behavior change initiatives.
Ability to drive initiatives based on analysis and understanding of market and customer insights.
Project leadership, innovation, and disruptive thinking to achieve the brand’s ambitions.
Logical and strategic thinking, analytical skills with the ability to bring project management tools into play for problem-solving.
Track record in successfully leading cross-functional projects, involving multiple stakeholders into successful outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:
Effective communication skills both in Japanese and English.
Experience in planning and executing disease awareness activities.
Experience in leading product communication or disease awareness projects.
Ability to design communication strategies based on insights from healthcare professionals and patients.
Experience in developing and driving disease awareness plans linked to brand strategy.
Practical experience in media relations, PR, and product communication or disease awareness activities.
