Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18.00 – $23.00/hr based on experience.
What’s a typical day as an Assembler – Soldering & Manufacturing? You’ll be:
• Assembling electromechanical systems per drawings, BOMs, and instructions, reporting to the Production Supervisor.
• Soldering, crimping, and terminating small-gauge wire (24–30 AWG) with precision to ensure quality standards.
• Inspecting assemblies for defects and conducting electrical continuity testing using schematics and voltmeters.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess 2–6 years of hands-on electromechanical assembly experience.
• Are proficient in crimping and terminating small-gauge wire (24–30 AWG) and hold IPC-620 certification or training.
• Can demonstrate exceptional manual dexterity and have strong attention to detail while being comfortable with repetitive tasks.

What’s a typical day as a Production Technician? You’ll be:
Assembling electromechanical systems according to detailed drawings, BOMs, and instructions.
Soldering, crimping, and terminating small-gauge wire (24–30 AWG) with precision and care.
Inspecting assemblies for defects and performing electrical continuity testing using schematics and voltmeters.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–6 years of hands-on electromechanical assembly experience.
Possess proven experience in crimping and terminating small-gauge wire (24–30 AWG) and are IPC-620 proficient (certification or training required).
Are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 lbs, with strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
