Description:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Design

• Assist with engineering design activities, including updating CAD models and engineering documentation related to facility systems.
• Perform quality checks and reviews of construction drawings to help ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with engineering standards.
• Assist in the reviewing of Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (PandIDs) for mechanical and utility systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and project stakeholders to support ongoing engineering projects and initiatives.
• Assist with data entry, documentation management, and project tracking to maintain accurate engineering and project records.

Education and Experience

• Education Level Required: Associate's / Bachelor's - if Bachelor's rising Junior (completed 2 years by start)
• Majors: Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology or a related engineering discipline.
• Relevant coursework or extracurricular experience in {field or tools} is a plus.
• Open to currently enrolled students or those who have graduated within one year of the internship start date.

Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and time management.

Basic understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer concepts.
