We'reseeking a Customer Service Associate to join our teamand delivera greatshoppingexperience for every customer.Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assistcustomerswith questions and recommendations

``` - Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register

``` - Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
```{=html}
``` - Keep the store well-stocked, andrecover merchandise
```{=html}
``` - Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishmentin accordance withproductivity standards

``` - Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment whilemaintainingprofessional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders

``` - Responsible formaintainingthe cleanliness throughout the store, includingcleaningand restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable

``` - Other duties as assigned*
Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
```{=html}
``` - Previouscustomer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred
```{=html}
``` - Ability to follow instructions andinterpret operational documents isrequired
```{=html}
``` - Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting

``` - Excellent customer service and relationship management skills arerequired
```{=html}
``` - Strong organizational and communication skills arerequired
```{=html}
``` - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills arerequired
