Landon's Greenhouse is looking for a motivated Landscape Installation Crew Member to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and creating beautiful landscapes from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Install plants, trees, shrubs, and hardscape materials according to landscape plans
- Assist with grading, soil preparation, mulching, and planting
- Operate hand tools and basic power equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and to quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform manual labor
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow directions
- Previous landscaping or construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Mostly working Monday-Friday with overtime available during the season
