Black Diamond Fencing Fencing Laborer in Sheridan, Wyoming
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Fencing Laborer to join the team. This role involves assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of fencing for residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-minded, and able to work effectively outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting fencing materials and equipment.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, measuring layouts, and setting posts.
- Help install and repair fences including wood, chain link, vinyl, and wire fencing.
- Mix and pour concrete for fence posts as needed.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform site clean-up after job completion.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
- Work effectively as part of a crew under the direction of a supervisor.
Requirements:
- Previous fencing or construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, digging, and working on your feet throughout the day.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-time hours available, schedule may vary depending on project needs.
- Pay based on experience and skill level.
