Supervisor - Assembly
Work Mode: Onsite
Location: Onsite – Sheridan, AR
This position offers a $2,500 sign on bonus.
Opportunity
Leads day-to-day operations of Assembly at our Arkansas Faucets Operation, responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Sustainability. Provides highly visible frontline leadership and continuous improvement across the value stream.
Specific Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
Achieves required output levels for throughput and assembly times.
Develops assembly leads and supervisors for continued growth and effectiveness.
Establishes and maintains an effective 5S culture.
Develops and enforces standard work; conducts audits as needed.
Communicates daily on PH2 targets and schedule adherence.
Conducts daily Tier 2 meetings; participates in production meetings
Continuous Improvement
Identifies and drives improvements throughout the value stream with focus on customer delivery
Leads waste elimination projects
Guides development of the model cell
Promotes and executes TPM programs
Establishes OEE baselines and improvement targets
Creates a culture of continuous improvement and high associate engagement
Relationships & Contacts
Reports solid line to Operations Manager – Faucets
Supervises Assembly Supervisors
Frequent contact with Director of Operations, Americas, and other regional operations leaders
Collaborates with operations teams in Arkansas and Wisconsin, NPD Engineering, Marketing, and Process Engineering teams
Participates in benchmarking activities
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years experience in Quality, Lean, CI, or related manufacturing roles
Minimum 3 years leadership experience
Ability to teach, mentor, and coach across operational levels
Experience with systematic problem solving
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint

This means you’ll have access to your applicable benefit programs from your first day on the job, with no waiting period. The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $103,300. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
