Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Job Description
As the sole electrician for the manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance on PLCs, conveyors, motors, and drives. You will need to troubleshoot PLCs using ladder logic and ideally have the ability to program. The facility primarily utilizes AB Allen Bradley PLCs with some Siemens PLCs.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on PLCs, conveyors, motors, and drives.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including PLCs through ladder logic.
Ensure smooth operation of 3-phase motors and higher voltage equipment of 480v and above.
Maintain and repair DC drives.
Work independently as the only electrician on site, with minimal supervision.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of industrial electrical experience.
Proficiency in working with higher voltage equipment of 480v and above.
Experience with 3-phase motors.
Skilled in PLC troubleshooting and ladder logic.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with programming PLCs is a plus.
Familiarity with AB Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SHERIDAN, AR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
