IHG 采购主管 in Shenzhen, China

  1. 负责制定并执行采购计划,统筹管理供应商开发、评估、引入及日常协同工作;
  2. 组织实施采购招标、比价、议价及合同签订,确保采购成本合理、交付及时、质量达标;
  3. 监控采购全流程合规性,落实采购台账管理、单据归档及数据统计分析,定期输出采购效能报告;
  4. 协同需求部门明确物料规格与交付要求,推动跨部门协作解决采购异常问题;
  5. 持续优化采购流程与供应商管理体系,提升供应链响应效率与风险防控能力。

  6. 大专及以上学历,采购、物流、工商管理等相关专业优先;

  7. 具备1年及以上采购相关工作经验,熟悉制造业或流通行业采购实务者优先;
  8. 熟悉采购流程、合同管理及供应商管理基本方法,能熟练使用办公软件及ERP系统;
  9. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、成本意识和职业道德,无违法违纪记录;
  10. 能够胜任岗位工作要求,不以民族、性别、宗教信仰、户籍、婚育状况等作为限制条件。
