IHG 采购主管 in Shenzhen, China
- 负责制定并执行采购计划，统筹管理供应商开发、评估、引入及日常协同工作；
- 组织实施采购招标、比价、议价及合同签订，确保采购成本合理、交付及时、质量达标；
- 监控采购全流程合规性，落实采购台账管理、单据归档及数据统计分析，定期输出采购效能报告；
- 协同需求部门明确物料规格与交付要求，推动跨部门协作解决采购异常问题；
持续优化采购流程与供应商管理体系，提升供应链响应效率与风险防控能力。
大专及以上学历，采购、物流、工商管理等相关专业优先；
- 具备1年及以上采购相关工作经验，熟悉制造业或流通行业采购实务者优先；
- 熟悉采购流程、合同管理及供应商管理基本方法，能熟练使用办公软件及ERP系统；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、成本意识和职业道德，无违法违纪记录；
- 能够胜任岗位工作要求，不以民族、性别、宗教信仰、户籍、婚育状况等作为限制条件。
