Oracle Technology Sales Representative in SHENZHEN, China
Job Description
Responsibilities
Sell a subset of technology software products and related services directly or via partners to a large number of named and non-named accounts within a defined geographical territory.
Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities while managing accounts through the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, specifications, contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support.
Leverage the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share.
Build and expand business partner revenue and self-sufficiency.
Serve as a leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
Apply advanced technical and business skills to solve complex, non-routine challenges.
Focus on emerging industries, primarily private enterprises and commercial clients, with customer scale positioned between state-owned enterprises and commercial accounts.
Independently develop new clients, demonstrating resilience and persistence in business development.
Manage and concurrently follow up on 10+ projects.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum of 8 years of applicable experience, including at least 7 years in technology sales.
Technical Learning Capability
English Communication Capability
Engage senior customer stakeholders, including CIO, CTO, and CFO-level executives, to articulate technology value in business terms.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology capabilities into business, financial, and risk outcomes for enterprise customers.
Ability to forecast, manage sales expenses, and successfully close new Oracle business.
Strong business development, prospecting, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives and territory/account development.
Experience serving as the focal point for clients on all sales and related issues.
Oracle knowledge and/or knowledge of Oracle’s competitors.
Strong learning ability and adaptability.
High resilience and ability to withstand pressure.
Willingness to travel as required.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of architecture-level and data-layer solutions.
Solid Experience in the high-tech manufacturing industry.
Prior experience selling licensed software.
Experience working in multinational companies.
