IHG Technician 工程部技工（装饰） in Shenzhen, China
1.按工作程序，保证维修单、工作指令单上规定的工作尽快地完成。 2.酒店各区域的家具、木制固定设施的维修、维护。 3.天花、玻璃、镜具、标志牌的维护保养。 4.各种沙发、椅子、柜台、墙面包布的维修和更换。 5.家具油漆（含新制家具）及装修板面的油漆。 6.机电设备及其水管、蒸气管、通风管的油漆。 7.各种砌筑工程、地面贴面修补、墙面刷白、天花批灰、刷白、屋面墙面补漏。
1.高中以上文化程度；1年以上同岗位工作经验。 2.掌握装修、装潢的基本知识，并具有一定的审美能力。 3.掌握各种装修材料的工艺特性和操作方法，较熟练地掌握木器制作、维修、修补墙纸、各种五金配件的修理、修补地毯等基本技艺。 4.热爱本职工作，努力学习技术，不断提高业务水平，做到一专多能，举止文明礼貌。 5.身体健康，精力充沛。
