IHG Stewarding Supervisor 管事部主管 in Shenzhen, China
- 统筹管理餐厅、宴会及后勤区域的餐具、布草、器皿等物资的清洗、消毒、储存与分发，确保符合食品安全与卫生标准；
- 监督管事部员工日常作业流程，包括洗碗间操作、垃圾处理、设备维护及区域清洁，保障高效、安全、合规运行；
- 协同餐饮部、客房部等部门对接物资需求，优化库存管理与领用流程，定期盘点并提交损耗分析报告；
- 落实岗位安全培训与操作规范宣导，及时排查并整改安全隐患，确保团队严格遵守职业健康与安全生产要求；
参与新员工带教与绩效辅导，协助制定排班计划，提升团队服务意识与执行效能。
具备高端酒店或大型餐饮机构管事部管理经验，熟悉食品安全法规要求；
- 熟练掌握洗碗机、高温消毒设备、布草洗涤系统等管事设备的操作与基础维保知识；
- 具备良好的组织协调能力与现场问题解决能力，能适应轮班及节假日工作安排；
- 持有有效健康证明，无传染性疾病病原携带限制（依据《就业服务与就业管理规定》第十九条）；
- 大专及以上学历，食品卫生、酒店管理等相关专业优先，具备基础英文读写能力者更佳。
