IHG Staff Restaurant Sous Chef 员工餐厅厨师长 in Shenzhen, China
- 负责员工餐厅日常餐饮运营,包括菜单设计、食材统筹、成本控制及出品质量管控;
- 组织并指导厨房团队完成备餐、烹饪、分餐及后厨清洁消毒等全流程工作,确保食品安全与操作规范;
协同行政及人力资源部门落实员工餐饮服务标准,响应内部反馈,持续优化用餐体验与服务效率。
具备3年以上中大型企事业单位员工餐厅或团餐厨房管理经验,熟悉食品安全管理体系者优先;
- 持有有效健康证明及厨师相关职业资格证书,具备扎实的中式/基础西式烹饪功底与标准化出品能力;
- 具备良好的团队协作意识、沟通协调能力及抗压能力,能适应弹性工作安排;
- 遵守国家劳动法律法规,无违法违纪记录,认同企业价值观与服务导向文化。
