IHG Staff Restaurant Chef De Partie 员工餐厅厨师主管 in Shenzhen, China
- 负责员工餐厅日常餐食的计划、备料、烹饪及出品管理,确保菜品质量稳定、口味适口、营养均衡;
- 组织并指导厨房团队完成早、中、晚三餐及加餐等各时段供餐任务,保障供餐准时、安全、有序;
- 严格执行食品安全与卫生管理制度,落实原料验收、加工操作、餐具消毒、留样监测等全流程规范;
- 参与菜单设计与成本管控,合理控制食材损耗与人工成本,定期提出优化建议;
配合行政及HR部门完成员工餐饮满意度调研、反馈分析及服务改进工作。
具备3年以上大型企事业单位员工餐厅、团餐或酒店后厨相关工作经验,有厨师主管或班组长经历者优先;
- 持有有效的健康证明及国家认可的中式烹调师(四级/中级)及以上职业资格证书;
- 熟悉食品安全法律法规及餐饮操作规范,具备基础成本核算与团队协作能力;
- 责任心强,服务意识良好,能适应早晚班轮值及节假日保障工作安排;
- 年龄不限,无传染病病原携带限制,符合岗位健康要求,不设性别、民族、宗教信仰等歧视性条件。
