IHG Procurement Supervisor 采购主管 in Shenzhen, China
- 负责制定并执行采购计划，管理供应商开发、评估、考核及日常协作，保障物料/服务及时、优质、合规供应；
- 采购合同谈判与签订，优化采购成本与交付周期，持续提升采购性价比与供应链韧性；
- 建立并维护供应商管理体系，定期开展绩效评估与风险监控，推动供应商质量、交付及服务能力持续改进；
- 协调与各部门沟通，确保采购需求准确；
严格执行公司采购制度与合规要求，确保采购流程公开、透明、可追溯，符合国家法律法规及企业内控标准。
具备酒店采购相关工作经验，熟悉酒店采购流程；
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、逻辑分析能力、成本管控能力及抗压能力；
- 熟悉采购全流程管理及主流ERP系统（如SAP、Oracle等），具备较强的合同管理、成本分析与谈判能力；
- 具备良好的职业道德与合规意识。
