- 负责酒店西饼房日常运营,包括产品制作、质量控制、食品安全及出品管理;
- 制定标准配方与生产计划,保障自助餐、下午茶、宴会等场景甜点稳定供应;
- 管理西饼房团队,开展排班、培训与绩效指导;
协同餐饮、宴会等部门,确保多渠道订单准时高质量交付。
3年以上高星级酒店西饼房主管或同等岗位经验;
- 持有高级西式面点师职业资格证书及有效健康证明;
- 熟练掌握蛋糕、面包、甜点等主流西点制作工艺;
- 具备团队管理能力及基本成本意识,能适应轮班工作。
