Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience working as a sales or Partner Development Manager (PDM) in cloud companies.
5 years of experience in building partner ecosystems for partners, mid-tier integrators, and global system integrators.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with cloud and advanced technology ecosystem and presenting to executive audiences.
Experience in delivering go-to-market strategies and results.
Knowledge of system integrators/service providers and Independent Software Vendors (ISV).
Knowledge of cloud technologies and public cloud solutions across Software/Platform/Infrastructure-as-a-Service.
Excellent partner development and management skills.
Excellent people management and communication skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional organizations.

Google Cloud teams work with schools, companies, and government agencies to make them more productive, mobile, and collaborative. On this team, you will drive Google Cloud business relationships by analyzing partner business performance, identifying methods of increasing partner and Google returns, pitching ideas to and identifying opportunities within partners, and coordinating across Google teams to deliver. You will educate our partners on the power of Google Cloud and enable them to be successful in driving innovation to our customers.
As a Partner Development Manager, you will be responsible to work closely with the Enterprise Sales team to deliver the sales goal through partners. You will take the lead to develop a partner-led model for sales focus partners to source, promote and deliver the Google Cloud related opportunities to mid-market customers.
In this role, you will create and manage executive relationships with existing partners, offering them strategic advice and thought leadership. You'll also develop close relationships with our Corporate Sales team to grow the relevance and impact of assigned partners to the Google Cloud business.

Responsibilities
Expand the local partner ecosystem, help define the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) partner recruiting strategy.
Drive partner value propositions to Partner Development Manager teams.
Drive executive connections with regional leadership and partner leadership.
Create and manage executive relationships with new partners, offering them strategic advice.
