This role is responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of die-cutting process of TIM products, including quotation, sample design, tool design, build BOM, and release drawing etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure designs implement proper technologies while meeting manufacturing, cost, and timing goals.

  • Process capability continuous improvement including process flow and fixture, equipment development /upgrade, and outsourcing processes etc., and be fully responsible for improvement verification and ECN.

  • Follow the new product and material introduce, focus on process capability verification, risk analysis and complete the relative documents including flow chart, PFMEA, SOP etc.

  • Solve the production issue and provide the technical support.

  • To make preventive/corrective action plan and follow up the implementation.

  • To assist department manager to make and achieve department’s goals.

  • Deal with the quality issue, find out the root cause and give the efficient corrective action.

  • Participate in cross site technical support and technology sharing activities.

  • To audit the production process for assurance of ISO/IATF16949 standard.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in TIM products, thermal pad cutting process experience is preferred

  • Skilled use of CAD, Pro-E make drawings design products/tool/fixtures

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Knowledge of statistical methods and DOE desirable

  • Exceptional English fluency in speaking and writing

  • Skilled in office software

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

  • At least 5 years related Experienced in process or manufacture field or similar.
