IHG Lifeguard 救生员 in Shenzhen, China
- 负责水域区域的日常安全值守、巡视与秩序管理，及时发现并消除安全隐患；
- 在发生溺水、滑倒、抽筋等突发状况时，迅速实施专业救援及基础急救措施，并按规定启动应急响应流程；
- 定期检查救生设备、监控系统、警示标识及水质安全提示信息，确保设施完好、标识清晰、记录完整；
向住客开展安全须知告知与行为引导，配合酒店安全部门落实场所安全管理规范。
持有国家体育总局或人力资源社会保障部门认可的《游泳救生员国家职业资格证书》（四级/中级及以上），具备有效期内的应急救护员（或红十字救护员）资质；
- 具备良好水性、较强体能及持续专注力，能适应高温高湿环境下的轮岗值守工作；
- 具备基本沟通能力与服务意识，无妨碍履行救生职责的身体条件限制；
- 遵纪守法，无违法犯罪记录，符合国家关于劳动年龄及特种岗位从业的相关规定；
- 有星级酒店、度假村等服务行业救生工作经验者优先。
