IHG Hostess / Host 迎宾员（风味餐厅） in Shenzhen, China
- 负责餐厅入口区域的迎宾接待工作，主动问候顾客，确认预订信息，合理安排座位并引导入座；
- 维护前台区域整洁有序，妥善保管顾客随身物品（如外套、雨具等），提供基础问询与便民服务；
协助处理顾客临时需求及简单投诉，及时向主管反馈现场运营问题，配合团队保障顾客用餐体验。
年满18周岁，身体健康，具备良好的服务意识与沟通表达能力；
- 具备基本的普通话交流能力，能清晰传达信息；掌握基础英语口语者优先（非强制要求）；
- 无传染性疾病病原携带限制（依据《就业服务与就业管理规定》第十九条），符合国家关于餐饮行业从业人员健康要求；
- 具备1年以上餐饮或服务业前台接待经验者优先；
- 形象端正，举止得体，能适应轮班制及节假日工作安排。
